For a long time, we have been resonating endlessly with the poet's youth, his beautiful poems, and the harsh times he endured. Purity lies close to shame, and the concerns, reflections, and emotions contained in the poems of Yun Dong-ju are also part of our present lives.

The Yun Dong-ju Memorial Hall captures moments of resonance within the deeply personal yet contemporaneous humanity of 'the poet and the poetry.' The light in the memorial hall reveals the places he stayed and his poetic inspiration in a natural and multi-layered manner, illuminating with a contemplative approach.

On the first floor, light seeping through the horizontally arrayed windows contrasts with the opposite wall, drawing alternating attention between the internal exhibits and the external scenery. The dark, narrow corridors and worn stairs between spaces transport the mind to times past.

The slanted wooden ceiling on the third floor symbolizes our imagination and resonance with the traces and world of the poet.
